Refund Policy

All YourAgentKit products are digital downloads. Access is granted immediately upon payment. Because of the instant-delivery nature of digital products, we maintain a clear and consistent refund policy.

1. Our Approach

We build products we stand behind. Every playbook, template pack, and diagnostic in the store is built from something that broke in a real system. If a product does not deliver what the page says it does, we want to know.

That said, we do not offer refunds as a substitute for reading the product description before purchasing.

2. Digital Downloads

All YourAgentKit products are delivered as instant digital downloads. Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, it is considered delivered.

3. Exceptions We Will Always Honour

In any of these cases, contact us and we will resolve it immediately.

4. The Operator Newsletter

The Operator is a free newsletter. No payment is required, and therefore no refund applies.

5. Disputes

If you believe an error has occurred in billing or product delivery, contact us at hello@youragentkit.co within 14 days of the issue. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

We prefer to resolve disputes directly and fairly before any escalation.

6. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated. The current version will always be published here.
