YourAgentKit (youragentkit.co) is a digital product store built for operators running AI agents in production. Every product is built from a documented failure in a live system. We sell the fix, not the theory.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any YourAgentKit product or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products or services.

• Template packs — copy-paste operational files, ready to deploy
• Diagnostics — scorecards and tools that surface hidden agent issues
• SOP packs — systems to keep agent stacks reliable
• Prompt kits — proven system prompts and agent configurations

All products are delivered as instant digital downloads. No physical goods. No services. No ongoing relationship unless stated otherwise.

4. Intellectual Property

All playbooks, templates, frameworks, and content produced by YourAgentKit remain the intellectual property of YourAgentKit. Purchasers receive a personal licence to use products for their own operations. Products may not be resold, redistributed, repackaged, or published without written permission.

5. No Guarantees

YourAgentKit products are built from real production experience. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Agent behaviour, platform updates, and system configurations vary. Results depend on how you implement what we provide.

6. Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed through Stripe. Access to digital products is granted upon successful payment confirmation. YourAgentKit does not offer payment plans unless stated on a specific product page.

7. Confidentiality

We do not share your purchase information or contact details with third parties, except as required to deliver your product (e.g. payment processing via Stripe and email delivery).

8. Limitation of Liability

YourAgentKit is not liable for decisions made based on the content of our products. Our playbooks and diagnostics provide operational guidance. They do not constitute legal, financial, or technical consulting advice. Use is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from the use of YourAgentKit products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

10. Changes

YourAgentKit may update these terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of YourAgentKit products constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
